It is an initiative of the Government of Spain, which aims to subsidise the implementation of digital solutions available on the market to achieve a significant advance in digital maturity.
WHO IS IT FOR?
The digital solutions provided by the Digital Kit are geared to the needs of small businesses, micro-enterprises and self-employed workers belonging to any sector or type of industry.
THERE ARE THREE DIFFERENT GRANTS, DEPENDING ON THE TYPE OF COMPANY:

ORION SMART DELIVERIES

Multi-platform hybrid mobile application for digital management of delivery notes and work orders.
- Driver – the person responsible for digitising the company’s sales notes when delivering the goods to a customer, collecting the warehouse manager’s signature on the mobile device, and following the road map pre-set from ERP. It can show the amount paid and how it has been delivered (cash, cheque, or other). All these delivery notes are automatically sent to the ERP.
- OPERATOR – the person responsible for digitising suppliers’ purchase notes. They have the orders pending from the supplier, check that the amounts are correct, sign on the device that the goods have been received without incidents, and the delivery note is automatically sent to the ERP.
- Technician – the person responsible for digitising the work orders issued by external companies, materials used, and inserting hotel – food allowance – mileage – tolls – fuel, etc., type expenses.
